When does the production deadline start?

The production deadline starts after the advance invoice is paid.

How long does the warranty service last?

The standard warranty period is 24 months, but it can be up to 5 years.
The duration depends on the manufactured and installed components.

Who can see my data and offers?

Only the administrator has full access to your data.
Manufacturers see only the project information necessary to complete their work.

Are all system actions logged?

Yes.
All actions by clients, manufacturers, and administrators are recorded.

What should I do if the system shows an error?

If you see error 429, wait 10–20 seconds and click “Refresh”.
Temporary errors may occur during system updates.
If the issue persists, contact info@dolink.lt.

What happens in case of a dispute?

The dispute is first reviewed with a doLink administrator.
If no agreement is reached, doLink helps provide factual records for further resolution under applicable law.

When and how do I receive payment?

Payments are usually made within 24 hours, but no later than 3 business days.

Who is responsible for delays if the project scope changes?

The manufacturer who agreed to the updated scope.
When scope changes, deadlines are reviewed accordingly.

Can I withdraw after submitting a price?

Yes. Inform the administrator who assigned you the project.
You will be removed from the offer list.

Can I see other manufacturers’ offers? (manufacturer)

No. Manufacturers can only see their own submitted offer.

Can I see other manufacturers’ offers? (client)

Yes. The client can see and compare all received offers.

Can I see the full history of project changes?

Yes. All project changes, updates, and attachments are recorded in the system.

What happens if I cancel a project?

The project is cancelled.
There are no obligations until a manufacturer’s offer is approved.

Can I edit a project after submission?

Yes. You can adjust the project together with the administrator until it meets your requirements.

Can I have multiple active projects at the same time?

Yes. You can have multiple active projects simultaneously.

Who is doLink for?

Žinoma! doLink.lt lygiai taip pat, kaip ir bet kokio tipo projektą pateiks gamintojams kaip užklausą. Surasime tinkamiausią sprendimą.

Ar įmonės gali ieškoti kitų įmonių?

Beabejonių. Nesvarbu koks klientas esate, bendraujame tiek su fiziniais, tiek juridiniais asmenimis. Projektas didelis ar mažas, esame tam, kad padėtumeme.

Ką daryti, jei montavimas įvyko iš dalies. Tarpusavio susitarimu, ir gamintojas nebepasirodo?

Kad ir kaip stengiamės apsaugoti klientą, visko pasitaiko ir mums. Tačiau nenusiminkite, Jūsų pinigai - pas mus. Saugome gamybinius brėžinius, įvertinę situaciją, ir su Jūsų palaiminimu išsirenkame kitą gamintoją, kuris darbus užbaigs kaip įmanoma greičiau. Tikimės, kad to neprireiks, net 9 iš 10 gamintojų savo įsipareigojimus atlieka laiku.

Montavimas neįvyko dienomis, kuriomis pranešė doLink, ką daryti?

Nesijaudinkite, tikriausiai atnaujinta informacija jau bus Jūsų projekte. doLink stebi terminus, ir aktyviai komunikuoja su gamintojais, tad dažniausiai situacija jau būna aptarta.

Ką daryti, jei montuojant pastebėjau broką / neatitikimus / ar apgadino turtą ?

Kuo skubiau praneškite tai projekte -> pranešti problemą. doLink padės išspręsti iškilusius ginčus. Sutartis tarp doLink -> gamintojas apsaugo Jus nuo netikėtumų.

Kaip susisiekti su projekto administratoriumi?

Visus administratoriaus kontaktus rasite projektų skiltyje. Paštą, telefono numerį, el. paštą. Visada galite parašyti į #Pagalba, bet kuriam administratoriui. Ir Jums jis padės visais iškilusiais klausimais. Taip pat, yra bendras paštas: pagalba@doLink.lt

Gavau sms žinutę apie projekto eigą, ką reiškia?

Trumposios (sms) žinutės skirtos informuoti klientą apie svarbius projekto pakeitimus. pvz.: 00ID projektas pagamintas. Prisijungite prie doLink.lt -> projektai - Jūsų projektas - ten matysite detalesnę informacją. Galbūt, rasite ir klausimą :)

Kas vyksta pasirinkus gamintoją?

Pasirašomos 3 sutartys. Tarp užsakovo (Jūsų) -> doLink.lt (atstovavimo sutartis), ir doLink.lt -> gamintojas. ( užsakovas -> doLink.lt -> gamintojas ). Tokiu būdų, maksimaliai galime apsaugoti klientą nuo visų įmanomų netikėtumų. Pasirašius sutartį, administratorius praneš apie kiekvieną naujieną, susyjusią su Jūsų projektu.

Kaip vyksta gamintojų pasirinkimas?

Gausite doLink pasiūlymo formą. Galėsite pasirinkti pagal kainą, miestą, ar gražų pavadinimą :). Čia, mes neturime jokios įtakos, visa laisvė Jūsų rankose.

Ar reikės bendrauti su gamintojais?

Neprivalomai, nes už Jus viską prižiūri Jūsų administratorius. doLink.lt yra atvira, ir neslepianti duomenų, su kuo yra dirbama. Jei Jums iškils kokių klausimų, projekto gamintojo kontaktus rasite projekto viduje.

Kaip vyksta projektų administravimas?

Sukūrę naują projektą, Jums bus priskirtas tos srities administratorius. Jis padės Jums užpildyti ir ,,išryškinti" idėją, užpildys tinkamai laukus, kad pasiūlymas gamintojams būtų lengvai suprantamas ir galėtų pateikti tikslę sąmatą.

Kaip sukurti projektą?

Menu - spauskite projektai -> sukurti naują projektą -> iveskite duomenis -> Išsaugokite. Projekto pradžia dar niekad nebuvo tokia paprasta.

Noriu dizainerio / architekto paslaugų, galite rekomenduoti?

Žinoma, doLink.lt dirba tiek su dizaineriais, tiek su architektais. Duomenų bazėje turime kūrybiškų žmonių, kuriuos su mielu noru rekomenduosime - nemokamai!

Ką daryti, jei neturiu brėžinių, tik nuotrauką ir viziją ko noriu?

Esame tam, kad padėtumėme. Sukurkite projektą, įveskite duomenis, ir pateikite bent preliminarią nuotrauką, ranka pieštą brėžinį, o visa kita - padėsime!

Kiek kainuoja paslauga?

Klientams, paslauga visiškai nemokama. Už administruojamus projektus moka gamintojai nuo 0,25% projekto vertės. Jei galutinė kaina klientui 10000 eur, tai gamintojas sumoka 25 eur + pvm, bet nemažiau 7eur + pvm.

Can I offer a higher commission percentage to secure the order?

No.
The client selects the manufacturer, and they do not see whether a commission of 0.25% or 1% is applied to the project.
This ensures that projects are awarded based on meeting the required criteria, not because the order was “bought”.
If you attempt to offer a higher commission, the administrator will record this intention in the system.

How can I receive more offers?

Be active, meet deadlines, ensure the quality required by the client, and communicate with the project administrator.
By following these criteria, you will be automatically ranked more frequently.

I am a few days late. Will doLink charge a penalty?

doLink has no right to request any additional payments.
Only the client can claim penalties according to the contract, and doLink will enforce them.
However, we always recommend reviewing the situation and resolving any issues amicably.

The final client called and requested a change to part of the project. What should I do?

If work has already started, we recommend pausing work on the part the client wants to change and contacting the project administration as soon as possible to avoid issues when submitting the project.

We have active projects. Can we hand over administration to you?

Currently, we cannot.
All projects are continuously logged from creation to installation, and these records cannot be changed. Most processes are automated.
You can, however, transfer a project that has not yet been activated.

What should I do if I have questions during production?

The administrator is always available to help with any questions that arise.
If they cannot provide an answer, they will contact the client to clarify the details.

Why does the commission percentage differ between me and another manufacturer?

The commission is calculated based on several factors:
1. Activity level
2. Projects completed on time
3. Quality compliance with projects
4. Communication
5. Complexity of the client's project

Do all manufacturers receive identical project offers?

Yes.
If the project has any updates or changes, all manufacturers are informed immediately.

How many manufacturers receive the same offer?

It depends on the complexity of the project.
Typically, 5 to 15 manufacturers receive it.

I received an offer. How do I respond to it?

Click the "Submit Price" button, where all the necessary information to calculate your price will be provided.
Enter the amount, add a comment if needed, and click "Send".
The client will see your proposed price immediately.

The warranty period has ended and I need corrections. Should I create a new project?

If you have the same account used for the original project, go to "Completed Projects".
Just leave a message, and the administrator will take care of everything.

I can't access the Projects section. Why?

The administrator has temporarily restricted your ability to create projects or log in to your account.
This usually happens due to high activity without any approved projects.

I can't create a project. Why is that?

One common reason is that you have reached the maximum number of projects you can create without approving any by selecting a manufacturer.

I can't find my project. What should I do?

Contact us through the Help section.
We will make sure to locate your project.

What should I do if the offers do not meet my expectations?

Notify the administrator through the system’s internal messaging.
Another group of manufacturers will be selected, or the project can be cancelled if you decide to do so.

How long does it take to receive offers from manufacturers?

The first offers from manufacturers are usually available within the first 24 hours after the project is submitted.
All offers are typically received within 3 business days.

The project has been created. What happens next?

1. The administrator will review the submitted data and files.
2. If any information is missing, the administrator will leave comments in the system’s internal messaging.
3. If necessary, the files will be split into separate projects and assigned to the materials required for production.
4. The projects will be sent to manufacturers for price quotations.

How do I create a new project?

1. Go to Projects → New Project.
2. Fill in the project details: title, deadlines, and description.
3. Upload the required files (image, PDF, DWX).
4. Read the rules and click Submit.
5. After reading the representation agreement, click Sign.

Once the project is created, the administrator will assist you with the next steps.

Who issues the invoices and when does the manufacturer receive the payment?

Both the proforma (advance) and final invoices are issued by the doLink system.
The manufacturer usually receives the payment within 24 hours of invoice payment, but no later than 3 business days.
